Day 365: St. Louis

A trip to St. Louis must include a glimpse of the arch.

Day 308: Souvenir

Although we're mostly moved in, there are still bits and pieces to put away.  While cleaning up, I ran across this ticket stub from a movie S and I went to see when we were in Paris in November 2008.  In fact, I blogged about it here. 

Day 284: Awful

Yes, this was the customer service line in the terminal.  It stretched on for what seemed like forever.  Notice the poor pregnant woman on the right hand side.  She was also trying to get back to Hartford.  We were behind her when a very kind gentleman who was close to the front came up and asked if we wanted his spot in line because baby A was screaming his head off.

Day 283: And here's where it all goes wrong

We'd had a lovely trip to Santa Barbara and made our flight to SFO in the nick of time.  We had an uneventful flight to Washington, DC and were just awaiting our flight to Hartford.  Everyone seemed to be fine, except that our flight seemed to be delayed.  In fact, all United flights were delayed.  Not just at Dulles, but across the entire US.  Not good.

Day 281: Four Seasons The Biltmore

We traveled a long way to reach our destination: Four Seasons, The Biltmore in Santa Barbara.  We had dinner out on the patio of our cottage.

Day 276: Paris

A remnant from my wallet...a metro ticket from Paris.  My wallet is from France, and it has a cute little pocket to hold metro tickets.  So I keep a few in there for fun. 

Day 269: WiFi onboard

Today for the first time, I purchased and used wifi on my flight.  It was brilliant.  I was able to do a number of little chores that are on my to do list to and from Hartford to Atlanta.

Day 260: Home again

Sadly, all good things must come to an end.  Here we are on the flight home.

Day 254: DC

A very busy but productive day spent in DC.  I happened upon the Lincoln Monument while driving from the District to Arlington.

Day 235: Another airport

Sharing a grilled cheese sandwich with Mommy at O'Hare.

Day 234: Poor love

Poor little guy was dragged to St. Louis with mommy, and he's not feeling well.

Day 223: Day trip

Another quick trip to DC.

Day 206: Bassinet

Don't let the picture fool you.  A was typically not very happy sitting or sleeping in his bassinet that the airline kindly provided for him.

A road trip from Mumbai to Pune!

Day 200: Sunset over Mumbai

The view from my uncle's apartment is gorgeous, particularly at sunset.

Day 197: We made it

Mommy and baby safely arrived to Bombay and are ensconced in my uncle's lovely home in Worli.

Day 196: Train trip

Mommy and baby took the super cool train from downtown Kuala Lumpur to the airport.  On the way to Bombay!

Day 195: Sunset

The view from the room we stayed in at my cousin's home in Kuala Lumpur.

Day 193: The ship

The ship in the Singapore Harbor...S will be spending a week on board.

These two look very happy after having been in the air and in random airports for over 24 hours.
