We went to our friends' home for a baithak, or house concert. There was a classical Hindustani vocalist that sang and two musicians played the tabla and the ghatam. The
ghatam was quite fascinating as it is, in essence, a specially-made clay pot played as an instrument. Baby A particularly liked the ghatam.
